Cutting

This process is performed with a tight tolerance (0.3 mm) and is suitable for the production of sheets, plates, and profiles using any type of material.

Milling

Milling, drilling, and rigid tapping on 3-axis CNC machining centers for complex parts and on any type of material.

Profiling

Allows for the processing of complex profiles or those with precise tolerances along the entire length of the profile. Maximum producible section: 160 mm x 230 mm.

CNC Routing

It is possible to perform 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling on very large
parts for mechanical and safety applications. Maximum dimensions: 1,600 mm x 4,000 mm

Surface calibration

Allows for the calibration of the thickness of sheets or flat parts where a precise (maximum 0.05 mm) and constant tolerance is required, even on very long components (maximum width: 1,000 mm).

Turning

Robotic CNC lathes (managed by CAD-CAM) with double workstations and loading/unloading magazines. Suitable for the production of turned parts made from round semi-finished products up to a maximum diameter of 210 mm.

Gear cutting

With the aid of CNC machinery, we are able to produce both gears and racks for mechanical applications, as well as screws for product handling.

Die cutting

Blanking of any material (PTFE, rubber, cardboard, etc.) for the production of various types and sizes of flat gaskets. Maximum dimensions achievable for each individual part: 1,200 mm x 750 mm.
