Filters for Suction Systems Custom-made in paper or felt for suction systems

Dust collection cartridges

Request information

For the removal of dust, fumes, and/or oil mists. We produce these cartridges by pleating the appropriate filter material for the dust to be retained, up to a height of 1,500 mm (choosing from our various types of cellulose and polyester) and with different types of connections. We can also manufacture cylindrical or conical cartridges, inserting internal and external containment mesh, or only internal or only external, depending on individual requirements.

  • Metalworking industry (welding, plasma cutting, laser cutting, oxy-fuel cutting)
  • Systems for various processes: painting systems, sandblasting machines, shot blasting machines, plastic and wood processing, food industry

Cartridge and panel filters

We produce these filters by pleating the appropriate filter material depending on the dust to be retained, up to a height of 1,500 mm (we offer various types of cellulose, polyester, and wire mesh), with end caps in sheet metal (galvanized/stainless steel) or plastic for cartridges, and with a sheet metal frame (galvanized/stainless steel) for panels.

Applications: compressors, earthmoving machinery, vacuum pumps, blowers, sweepers.

We can produce cartridges built to drawing and/or sample, upon customer request, even in small quantities, thanks to the flexibility of our production system, as:
  • We have a wide range of molds for the production of metal and plastic end caps
  • We pleat filter materials with our pleating machines up to a height of 1,500 mm
  • We cut and size the various cartridge components (mesh, gaskets, etc.) from master rolls, according to requirements
We are also constantly researching new products and are interested in studying and developing alternative products.

RIGID POCKETS with plastic frame and glass microfiber filter media, water-repellent and flame-retardant JTR series
SOFT POCKETS with galvanized sheet metal frame and glass microfiber filter media coupled with a synthetic support (to make the pocket more robust) JTV series, with galvanized sheet metal frame and polyester filter media JTM series.
We can manufacture soft pockets in various lengths and thicknesses according to your needs.

    The main filter materials are:
  • Polyester felt, polypropylene, Nomex, acrylic, aramid, with water-repellent and antistatic treatments;
  • Natural fiber fabrics (cotton, wool) and artificial fiber (polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, meta-aramid), both antistatic and flame-retardant;
  • Calibrated fabrics (polyester or nylon monofilament mesh)

All available in various micron ratings.
