DIN 5482 splined long shaft solution
Butterfly Valve for flow interception, used in plants across various production sectors, available in different versions with a DIN 5482 splined short shaft construction.
The SVA type valve, with a production range of DN 100 – DN 400, is used to intercept gaseous, gaseous/powdery, powdery, and liquid flows in the following industries: Food, Chemical, Construction, Ecology, Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, and Animal Feed.
The most frequent applications are under the outlet cones of silos, hoppers, mechanical and pneumatic conveyors, weighing systems, ventilation, liquid tanks, etc.
A key feature of these valves is the excellent ratio between valve diameter and product passage surface, minimal wear even with abrasive products, rapid seal or disc replacement, and quick conversion from a rigid valve connection to a flexible connection or vice versa.
The range offered here includes the DIN 5482 splined short shaft solution, with food-grade NBR or HNBR – THERBAN (for high temperatures) seals, standard dust-tight or 0.2 bar pressure-tight, in the following versions:
– SVAC26: Aluminum body and disc with low seal;
– SVAC27: Aluminum body, AISI 304 disc, and low seal;
– SVAC28: Rubber-lined aluminum body, AISI 304 disc;
– SVAC29: Rubber-lined aluminum body, aluminum disc.
The aluminum bodies are all slotted to adapt to Wafer mounting; our technology ensures maximum tightness when the valve is closed during flow interception and minimum resistance to flow passage when the valve is open.
