Motors

By-pass suction motors with peripheral discharge are also available in the following versions:

100V – 110V – 120V – 127V – 200V – 230V – 240V – 250V

The insulation class of by-pass motors can also be class 1.

Compressors - Side Channel Blowers

Built according to the side channel principle, the SC series blowers operate in both compression and suction modes and are designed for continuous duty. They are manufactured in die-cast aluminum, a material that ensures maximum robustness and ease of handling. They require no lubrication as there is no contact between static and rotating parts. The installation of special silencers ensures a high level of quietness.

Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps

Designed and manufactured for use in the most critical applications, the main characteristic of liquid ring pumps is their ability to handle contaminated gas mixtures, aggressive gases and vapors, explosive gases, and vapors of various types. They can achieve vacuum levels down to 33 mbar absolute. Manufactured according to the highest quality standards, the AL series vacuum pumps are available in different metallurgies to meet different operating conditions. The range also includes various construction types: monoblock, with bearing bracket, and bare shaft. Monoblock pumps are suitable for applications requiring compact dimensions, while versions with intermediate support bracket and bare shaft versions offer maximum versatility. The latter also form the construction basis for pumps complying with Atex regulations.

Oil-Lubricated Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

The OL series oil-recirculating lubricated vacuum pumps are centric rotary vane pumps with bearing-supported rotor, flanged motor, and automatic lubrication. Characterized by solid mechanical structure, excellent performance, reliability, and simple maintenance. They can generate a final residual pressure of 2 or 0.5 mbar absolute depending on the model.

Dry Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

Dry vane pumps are rotary vane pumps with bearing-supported rotor and flanged motor, characterized by absence of lubrication, air cooling, robustness, ease of maintenance, and absence of oil mist at discharge. This type of pump is particularly suitable for industrial applications that do not require achieving a high final vacuum level.
