MCS 500 G Automatic Granule Mixer
The MCS0500G mixer has been designed to mix thermoplastic granules and grinds
with a particle size of approximately 3 mm; apparent specific weight of approximately 0.8 kg per dm3.
The cones have a volume of 500 liters and are manufactured with product contact parts, upon request, in AISI 304.
Mixing takes approximately 6/12 minutes depending on the material being processed.
The same machine is available in three different series, determined by the size
of the cone: 100 liters, 200 liters, and 500 liters.

- Painted iron support structure with opening door controlled by safety limit switch
- Translation carriage driven by 0.75 kW gearmotor
- Stainless steel mixing auger with 350 mm outer diameter, 250 mm pitch, and 102 mm bore, driven by 2.2 kW gearmotor
- Cone inserted limit switch
- Two up/down limit switches
- Electrical control equipment in a watertight box mounted on the right side of the mixer
