Loss-in-Weight Gravimetric Feeder
The loss-in-weight gravimetric feeder is ideal for dosing 2 free-flowing granular components plus 1 CaCO3 powder component.
It operates in starve-fed mode.
It ensures perfect mixing thanks to the integrated cascade static mixer, which provides excellent dispersion of all components.
Each gravimetric hopper for granules is weighed and suspended from a lid via an off-center load cell.
The special and innovative design allows the hoppers to be removed for rapid cleaning and quick, easy production changeovers.
The single-screw feeder for the powder component is equipped with a weighing platform.
It features 3 manual refill hoppers with lids.
The filling of each gravimetric hopper is controlled via integrated butterfly “refill” valves.
