Dosing and Mixing Unit for Granules

The dosing unit is completely pneumatic. In a single system, with just one blower, it can draw material from the user’s silo, mix and dose the product directly into the extruder hopper. The entire process occurs without the use of dosing screws. The container is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a 25-liter capacity and a DN 150 discharge valve. The electrical panel is equipped with digital electronics for programming the components to be dosed.
